II. Standard USB format to install MAC OS on Windows

Then you choose the USB you just converted to GPT above, right-click and choose Restore with Disk Image
The warning message will lose all data on the USB (of course), click OK
Next, you click on the box Disk Image to restore and select to the downloaded DMG installer file in Step I. In the image I test to create the High Sierra installer.
Then press Ok. The following message appears because when I created the DMG file I did not choose the compression mode to restore you to restore faster. So continue to press OK
Wait for Transmac to work
